Scheduled Maintenance

Database maintence Mar 28, 2026 12:00-14:00 CET

We will be undergoing scheduled maintenance. During this time, the microservice databases for some of our services will be migrated to a new host. Please note that the maintenance window is subject to change and may be adjusted if necessary.

Expected downtime is less then 15 minutes for the following services during the maintenance window:
- Accesspoint

Affected endpoint in the V2 API:
- Submission API
- Batch API
- Webhook subscriptions API
- Webhook planned Service Window API

Note: This change will not affect the legacy V1 API.

Maintenance: TLS 1.3 Enablement Apr 23, 2026 17:00-18:00 CEST

We will be performing a scheduled update to enable TLS 1.3 on our load balancer, with TLS 1.2 remaining available as a fallback.

This change is intended to improve security and performance for web application and API traffic. No service disruption is expected during this maintenance window.
Further updates will be provided if necessary.

Scheduled - NemHandel Register update Nemhandel (NHR Core and SMP) to use G3 certificate. As part of the update, there will be service disruptions from Wednesday at 22:00 to Thursday at 02:00

Update Acesspoint Certificate to G3

Scheduled - We will conduct a scheduled maintenance to upgrade the certificate for the Orbyt Access Point (PNO000085) from G2 to G3.

During this process, there will be a 15–30 minute period where the Access Point will not be able to send or receive documents.

Documents sent from sender Access Points during this time must be resent. Documents sent by Orbyt on behalf of our customers will be automatically resent after the maintenance is completed.
