Our team is actively working to resolve the issue. We will be conducting emergency maintenance later today to ensure it is fully addressed. During the maintenance window there be a small period of downtime while we fail over to a new main database and restart the cluster.

The issue has been identified and is related to the storage backend to one of our databases.
We are still able to receive files and API calls, however, performance is currently degraded:
- API calls may fail
- File processing is slower than normal
- Users may experience issues logging in to the Orbyt Portal
We have contacted our service provider and are working with them to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
