Resolved - The system has remained stable following the implemented fix, and no further issues have been observed.

We will continue to closely monitor the platform to ensure ongoing reliability. All services are operating normally.

We are working closely with our service provider to review this incident, and a postmortem will be shared once the analysis is complete.

Update - Our team is actively working to resolve the issue. We will be conducting emergency maintenance later today to ensure it is fully addressed. During the maintenance window there be a small period of downtime while we fail over to a new main database and restart the cluster.

Update - Our team is actively working to resolve the issue. We will be conducting emergency maintenance later today to ensure it is fully addressed. We are already seeing a reduction in API call errors, and batch processing is operating more or less normally due to the reduced system load.

Identified - The issue has been identified and is related to the storage backend to one of our databases.

We are still able to receive files and API calls, however, performance is currently degraded:

- API calls may fail

- File processing is slower than normal

- Users may experience issues logging in to the Orbyt Portal

We have contacted our service provider and are working with them to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
