Between 09:30 and 10:05 UTC, external web traffic was not correctly routed to backend services due to failed health checks on the load balancer. This caused the Orbyt Portal and all related web services including APIs to be intermittently unavailable for users accessing them via the internet.
The issue has been identified and resolved, and all systems are now fully operational.
To prevent similar issues in the future, we’re improving our health check configuration and adding additional monitoring to detect and respond to routing issues more quickly.
