Impact: Customers were unable to access eFaktura invoices
Between 28.02.2025 16:00 and 03.03.2025 15:09, customers attempting to open their eFaktura invoices experienced authentication errors Our investigation determined that the root cause was an update in our API gateway, which prevented authentication requests from being processed correctly.
The team rolled back to the previous API gateway . Once deployed, we verified that customers could successfully access their invoices again.
